I’m Jo Daily, LCSW, RYT

Owner of and clinician at Unity Therapy and Yoga.

I’m a licensed therapist and yoga teacher in Savannah, Georgia, offering mental health therapy, sex therapy, relationship therapy, and private yoga for individuals and groups. I help people build peaceful, trusting relationships with their bodies and their partners, especially when eating disorders, chronic illness, trauma, or anxiety have made that feel difficult or overwhelming.

In a world filled with constant messages about how our bodies should look, how relationships should function, and what sex should be like, it’s no surprise that many people struggle with depression, anxiety, shame, or a sense of being out of control. Through trauma-informed therapy, somatic practices, and yoga-inspired mindfulness, I support clients in reconnecting with their bodies and discovering what calm, freedom, and emotional balance look like for them.

If you’re looking for a Savannah therapist who integrates mental health counseling, body image healing, and holistic wellness, I would love to support you on your journey.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is calm, welcoming, and down-to-earth, creating a supportive space where clients feel safe, understood, and at ease. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating, and sessions may include moments of humor, warmth, and irreverence when appropriate.

I offer integrative psychotherapy using a blend of psychodynamic therapy, person-centered counseling, attachment-based therapy, and somatic approaches. This holistic, trauma-informed approach supports clients in exploring emotional patterns, strengthening relationships, and reconnecting with their bodies.

I provide inclusive, affirming therapy and welcome clients of all backgrounds. I am open to incorporating religion or spirituality in therapy, or keeping sessions secular, based on your preferences. I proudly offer LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and work with individuals and relationships within the queer, kink, and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) communities. My practice is grounded in respect, consent, and compassion.
